What does MCP do?
It gives AI apps one standard way to use outside tools. An MCP server describes what a tool can do, and an MCP client, such as an AI assistant or a coding tool, calls it while working on a task. Before a shared standard, each AI app needed its own connector for each tool.
What is the AGI MCP?
The AGI MCP gives an agent the apps on your Android phone. Connect it to an MCP client such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and the agent can operate any app you have installed, with no integrations to build and nothing to configure per app. Setup takes about a minute at platform.agi.tech, and you can connect more than one phone to the same client.
What can developers do with it?
Have an agent book a ride or order lunch in the apps on your phone
Clear an app's cache or find a notification you dismissed too fast
Test your own app on a physical phone, which shows bugs an emulator can miss
Connect smart glasses or a watch, and let the agent act in the phone's apps
